Eddie V's Prime Seafood

My husband and I always love to try new restaurants as part of our date night rituals. This time we chose Eddie Vs and we could have not picked a better option! The food was amazing !! The salmon was cooked just right. The calamari was to die for ! And the dessert the banana boat is a must! (You may end up with leftovers) they also offer the option to order the smaller sides, so if you are not sure of what side to get make sure you ask for the smaller version and this way you can order more than one side. Also, the server, Camilo was spectacular! Such a pleasure !

My wife and I recently had dinner at Eddie V’s and were completely satisfied. We enjoyed a full spread of oysters, crab cake, calamari, lobster bisque, lamb chops, jumbo shrimp crab cake, truffle Mac and cheese, crab fried rice and finishing with a banana foster dessert. Our server, the rest of the staff and the delicious cocktails added to our experience well. We will definitely make our way out to visit again.

Eddie V's is a beloved restaurant of ours in California, so we decided to check out their new New Jersey location while visiting family. The restaurant and bar area are beautifully designed. Although the happy hour menu offers a wide selection, only small bites (teazers) and a few cocktails and wines are available at happy hour prices, while appetizers are priced as per the dinner menu. We ordered the burrata and beet salad, calamari, crab cakes, and yellowtail sashimi appetizers, along with the mini filet sandwiches from the teazer menu – and they were all absolutely delicious.

The food was delicious! We really enjoyed the rib eye 🥩 with parmesan horseradish enhancement offering a nice accommodation of only doing half of it, lamb chops, tuna tartare and the oyster selections was quite good! Our waiter Angel was very attentive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Jose was another quite friendly and helpful also. 👍 The hostess which is the initial impression seemed kind of distant on the phone when I confirmed our reservations and she was easy to spot with the same attitude and non smiling when we entered. 🙁 Our table was not ready when we arrived for our 7:00 reservation and there was really no place to comfortably wait or sit while it was being prepared. Appeared to us as a design flaw in the reception area. Besides a four-year degree in hotel and restaurant administration I have worldwide restaurant /travel experience.
